The United Kingdom of Confused Sheep is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by Sheepy McSheep with a fair hand, and renowned for its happy-go-lucky citizens. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 17.727 billion hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Education, although the Environment and Social Welfare are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Confused Sheep City. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

The government helps teach children how to kill a man from six paces, citizens are allowed to rise or fall based on their own merits, organ donation rates are among the lowest in the region, and marijuana is legal in the privacy of your own home. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Confused Sheep's national animal is the Sheep, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Sheep.
