It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Rational City. The average income tax rate is 37%, but much higher for the wealthy. A robust private sector is led by the Tourism industry, followed by Door-to-door Insurance Sales and Book Publishing.

Prisoners work-share to cut down rising costs of keeping them in jail, nude art is becoming wildly popular, there's a shortage of swinging hot spots as land development grinds to a halt, and schools have extensive counseling programs for troubled students. Crime is totally unknown. Common Sense Atheists's national animal is the flying spaghetti monster, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the faceless gold coin.
