The People's Republic of Commander Samir is a massive, safe nation, ruled by His Majestic Highness Commander Samir with an iron fist, and remarkable for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 4.179 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as Social Equality and Social Welfare receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Your Mother. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 44%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Gambling.

The National Archive now covers square miles of warehouses in order to accommodate its new stone tablets system, the government props up questionable pizza establishments in the name of health, terrified tympanists are finding themselves on the front lines armed only with kettledrums, and newspapers cannot report anything about politicians without their explicit consent. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Commander Samir's national animal is the Alidiana, its national religion is Commander Samirism, and its currency is the Samir.

Commander Samir is ranked 7th in Latveria and 19,474th in the world for Most Extreme, scoring 27 on the Paul-Nader Subjective Decentrality Index.
