Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 6.395 billion are effectively ruled by a group of massive corporations, who run for political office and provide their well-off citizens with world-class goods and services. Their poorer citizens, however, are mostly starving to death while being urged to go out and get real jobs. The populace has reasonably extensive civil rights, although these are mostly aimed at allowing them to buy whatever they like.

The medium-sized, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, the Environment, and Religion & Spirituality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Blue Springs Landing. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 17%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Kane is the self-declared God of all Commander Conquer, Commander Conquer has designated Blue Springs Landing as its capital city, and Kane has just been declared ruler of Commander Conquer in an international press conference. Crime is pervasive. Commander Conquer's national animal is the lion , which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Spiritualism, and its currency is the Sovereign.
