The Community of Commada is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its parental licensing program. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 3.878 billion love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Social Equality and Social Welfare are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 98%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Crime is on the rise as DNA sampling has been all but outlawed, kids laugh off vandalism and arson as "just fun", the nation has welcomed its expats back with open arms, and the government seeks peaceful forum with terrorists. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Commada's national animal is the Capybara, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Current.

Commada is ranked 5th in Taijitu and 2,079th in the world for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 166 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
