The United Socialist States of Clarkistan is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by MC BC with an even hand, and notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its compassionate population of 2.888 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Healthcare and the Environment are secondary priorities. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Swapan. The average income tax rate is 87%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

The breathalyser pledge is a traditional part of marriages in Clarkistan, all footpaths have tollbooths, the government has declared its commitment to multilateralism, and Clarkistan's children are widely acknowledged as the most foul-mouthed in the region. Crime is totally unknown. Clarkistan's national animal is the Chupacabra, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Dolla dolla bill y'all.
