It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Denerim. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry.

Organ donation rates have hit a new low, scenic mountain valleys are flooded with water as damming projects get underway, the government's only official statement on the burning down of Denerim was that 'they shouldn't have been so careless', and phone taps are frequently carried out by the police. Crime is a major problem, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Cielos Negros's national animal is the eternal servant, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Evryali, and its currency is the drako.
