A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

Libraries are now installed with jacuzzis and mini-bars, cheese has become the new icon of political dissent, fur coats have become the latest fashion trend, and prisoners work-share to cut down rising costs of keeping them in jail. Crime is totally unknown. Chrel's national animal is the Kitten, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Chrel.
