The Kingdom of Chocoboland is a huge, genial nation, renowned for its absence of drug laws. Its compassionate population of 924 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Welfare, and Religion & Spirituality. The average income tax rate is 41%, but much higher for the wealthy. A very small private sector is dominated by the Automobile Manufacturing industry.

Meat-eating is frowned upon, college students make ends meet by selling their kidneys, the government awards prizes to television shows featuring stereotype-breaking minority roles, and the automotive industry soaks up huge government handouts. Crime is totally unknown. Chocoboland's national animal is the Chocobo, and its currency is the feather.
