The Cloud City of Chambobo is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its anti-smoking policies. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 11.144 billion enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although the Environment and Commerce are on the agenda. Chambobo's national animal is the grizzly, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the red star.
