The Federation of Centronomicon is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Caius Alexandrian with an even hand, and renowned for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 4.11 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Education, and Public Transport. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Centronom. The average income tax rate is 68%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

Multiple polls have christened the newly-formed Filibuster Committee as "the least efficient government bureaucracy", the government tries to improve relations with hostile countries by sending gift baskets, senior citizens can usually be found doing heavy manual labour, and organ donation rates are among the lowest in the region. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Centronomicon's national animal is the yellow spotted tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the centron.

Centronomicon is ranked 3,924th in the West Pacific and 90,832nd in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring -4 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
