The Dominion of Central New Canada is a colossal, safe nation, ruled by Queen Elizabeth II with an iron fist, and remarkable for its anti-smoking policies. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 7.99 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kingston. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 64%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry.

Citizens are known to cast their votes by flipping a Central Canadian Pound, radio shows frequently feature people denouncing religion, Animal Liberationists are regularly jailed, and the government pours millions of Central Canadian Pounds into rehabilitation programs annually. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Central New Canada's national animal is the lion, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Central Canadian Pound.
