The Confederate Regency of Cennazluga is a colossal, cultured nation, ruled by Prince Regent Dusan with a fair hand, and notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 6.937 billion enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Law & Order and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Vidalgor. The average income tax rate is 49%, but much higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.

Police are arresting costumed characters at comic book conventions, conductors wield diamond-encrusted batons to fit in with their freshly gilded surroundings, national parks have long lines of different gender-specific 'Porta-Pottys', and tourists outnumber citizens two to one. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is a problem, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Cennazluga's national animal is the kinkajou, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the eir.

Cennazluga is ranked 1st in Uzaarde and 2,169th in the world for Most Politically Free, scoring 89 on the Diebold Election Inking Scale.
