The Kingdom of Casal Centeio is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Your Highness with an iron fist, and renowned for its prohibition of alcohol. Its compassionate, cynical population of 2.825 billion are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Education, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Bellmont Reserve. The average income tax rate is 94%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

All alcohol is banned, expensive lawyers are hired to defend citizens in court for public urination charges against their pets, citizens are regularly found digging for treasure in their gardens, and the nation is ravaged by daily union strikes. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Casal Centeio's national animal is the Bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Christianity, and its currency is the Dolar.

Casal Centeio is ranked 1,311th in The North Pacific and 26,204th in the world for Most Income Equality, scoring 155 on the Marx-Engels Emancipation Scale.
