The Incorporated States of Camp Corporation is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Campnarakol with a fair hand, and notable for its irreverence towards religion. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 2.422 billion are effectively ruled by a group of massive corporations, who run for political office and provide their well-off citizens with world-class goods and services. Their poorer citizens, however, are mostly starving to death while being urged to go out and get real jobs. The populace has reasonably extensive civil rights, although these are mostly aimed at allowing them to buy whatever they like.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Camp City. The average income tax rate is 99%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology, Arms Manufacturing, and Uranium Mining industries.

Parents live in fear of governmental 'child protection' squads, cheating spouses are required to undergo job training, the government has begun selling heroin and ecstasy to help fund its projects, and citizens are tied down and forced to watch educational videos on empathy. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Camp Corporation's national animal is the Economius-Corporatitis, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Generic dollar.
