The People's Republic of Brotlistan is a massive, socially progressive nation, ruled by Juan Peron with an even hand, and remarkable for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 1.263 billion enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Commerce, although Education and Social Welfare are secondary priorities. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ленинград. The average income tax rate is 77%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Tourism, Information Technology, and Automobile Manufacturing industries.

Abortions are routinely performed in Brotlistan's hospitals, the poor are often seen pale and dizzy after selling their blood to make ends meet, the country has been 'going shopping' by annexing nearby nations for their resources, and people reciting Shakespeare have become a common sight. Crime is totally unknown. Brotlistan's national animal is the Capitalist, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Brotlonie Kronar.
