A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Retail, Book Publishing, and Arms Manufacturing industries.

Newspapers cannot report anything about politicians without their explicit consent, agricultural science is the most competitive subject at Britannia and North Eire's universities, the military struggles with recruitment, and pharmacies close down as medicinal drugs are sold freely by the government. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Britannia and North Eire's national animal is the Lion, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Pound Sterling.
