Citizens pay a flat income tax of 6%. A small private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Cheese Exports and Automobile Manufacturing.

Crime is a serious problem. Blood Pilgrim's national animal is the bloodhound, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the blood dollar.
