The Grand Army of Black Riders Commander is a massive, devout nation, ruled by The Overlord with an iron fist, and renowned for its compulsory military service. Its cynical population of 4.061 billion are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The enormous, moralistic government juggles the competing demands of Religion & Spirituality, Law & Order, and Defence. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Epogennick. The average income tax rate is 33%, but much higher for the wealthy. A healthy private sector is led by the Door-to-door Insurance Sales industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Beef-Based Agriculture.

The Overlord has just been declared ruler of Black Riders Commander in an international press conference, crime is on the rise as DNA sampling has been all but outlawed, Black Riders Commander has designated Epogennick as its capital city, and families consisting of more than three people are forced to split up. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Black Riders Commander's national animal is the Horse, its national religion is Raiderism, and its currency is the Skull.
