The nation is reliant on the principle of mutually assured destruction to maintain its security, untold millions of Butts are going into a new government-funded maternity leave scheme, kids laugh off vandalism and arson as "just fun", and tax evaders are regularly visited by agents of the Ben Edwardcooper Blood Tithe. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Ben Edwardcooper's national animal is the Butt, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Butt.
