The Most Serene Republic of Babyladysmall is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Bam-Bam with an even hand, and renowned for its museums and concert halls. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 1.726 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Social Welfare and Healthcare are secondary priorities. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Lords. The average income tax rate is 93%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.

The nation's massive battleships are often mistaken for islands, cities are engulfed by smog, religious organizations are being forced to leave the country or pay income taxes like everybody else, and violently opinionated speakers can be heard preaching their hateful views on every street corner. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Babyladysmall's national animal is the Mackrell, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Clam.
