The Virtual Sandbox of Arkadarr is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Petra with a fair hand, and remarkable for its unlimited-speed roads. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 2.246 billion live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is effectively ruled by the Department of Education, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Law & Order receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Petra's Fort. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 72%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Tourism and Book Publishing.

Truth is often impossible to tell from fiction on the evening news, the government's official stance on religion is that it is so very silly, euthanasia is legal, and students are known to arrive at school in their pyjamas. Crime is relatively low. Arkadarr's national animal is the Snow Leopard, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Skyte.

Arkadarr is ranked 94th in the West Pacific and 4,622nd in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 6 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
