The Free Land of Arizoneia is a colossal, economically powerful nation, ruled by Colonial President Lee Adama with an even hand, and notable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 5.75 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

The tiny government is effectively ruled by the Department of Defence, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Fort Huachuca. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Automobile Manufacturing.

The mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas, gigantic new prisons are springing up all over the nation, inheritance tax has recently been abolished, and homeless people are periodically found dead upon altars to assorted deities. Crime is crippling. Arizoneia's national animal is the Sheltie, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Drought.

Arizoneia is ranked 19th in Capitalist Paradise and 551st in the world for Most Influential, scoring 210 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
