The Wandering Zybodian Puppet of Arbenizan is a colossal, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its complete lack of public education. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 5.835 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals devotes most of its attentions to Commerce, with areas such as the Environment and Social Welfare receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Arbenizan City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 2%. A large private sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, followed by Beef-Based Agriculture and Automobile Manufacturing.

A study has shown that many parents are too embarrassed to teach their children sex education, cities are engulfed by smog, employers may fire workers without giving any reason, and archaeological discoveries are often followed by mysterious hamster abductions. Crime is a major problem, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Arbenizan's national animal is the dollar, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the dollar.
