The Free Land of Anarchy Island Utopia is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by Leader with a fair hand, and notable for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 15.448 billion enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals concentrates mainly on Religion & Spirituality, although Education and Commerce are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 15%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Information Technology.

Anarchy Island Utopia is increasingly belligerent on the international stage, the airship business has been driven out of the country by strict regulations and high fines, kids laugh off vandalism and arson as "just fun", and Saturday morning cartoons feature full frontal nudity. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Anarchy Island Utopia's national animal is the dromedary camel, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the dust.
