Ambrok's market has been colonised by the corporations of rich countries, there has been a series of riots between local cannibals and health food advocates, only the wealthy can afford monorail fares, and heavy industry must go to expensive lengths to dispose of waste. Crime is totally unknown. Ambrok's national animal is the beaver, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the gol.

Ambrok is ranked 77th in Canada and 51,155th in the world for Most Income Equality, scoring 129 on the Marx-Engels Emancipation Scale.
