The Constitutional Monarchy of Alexandr Land is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Alex I with an even hand, and notable for its museums and concert halls. Its compassionate population of 2.112 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Commerce, and Religion & Spirituality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Alexandr City. The average income tax rate is 62%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Dozens of additional foreign policy specialists have been sent to the country's WA Mission, Alexandr Land's newly-famous raindances to summon storms instead attract tourists from all over Asiana, parents live in fear of governmental 'child protection' squads, and TV shows must meet strict ethnicity quotas. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Alexandr Land's national animal is the Tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Christianity, and its currency is the Crone.
