The Republic of Aeulus is a massive, cultured nation, notable for its punitive income tax rates. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 1.603 billion enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.

Aeulus's national animal is the Wolf, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Aeulian Christianity, and its currency is the Dinaeru.
