The Dominion of Aanon Bay is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Governor of Aanon with an even hand, and renowned for its complete absence of social welfare. Its compassionate, hard-working population of 2.506 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Religion & Spirituality, Education, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Aanon. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 30%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

The nation has opened its arms to an influx of refugees, the airship business has been driven out of the country by strict regulations and high fines, immigrants are required to salute the flag five times a day, and the people are famous throughout the region for their bleached-white teeth. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Aanon Bay's national animal is the Fox, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Lira.

Aanon Bay is ranked 45th in Central Pacific Empire and 107,199th in the world for Most Income Equality, scoring 58 on the Marx-Engels Emancipation Scale.
