Teenage fathers are forced to join the army, the country has been 'going shopping' by annexing nearby nations for their resources, billions of Runais are being blown on orbital weapons development, and children as young as twelve are conscripted into the armed forces. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Rutianas's national animal is the Meerkat, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is whatever, and its currency is the Runai.
