The Democratic Commonwealth of -Hellenic Empire- is a colossal, safe nation, ruled by Emperor Konstantine with an even hand, and renowned for its unlimited-speed roads. Its compassionate population of 7.303 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although the Environment and Law & Order are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Konstantinople. The average income tax rate is 96%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Wind farms are erected on shuttered oil platforms, the government is seen to favor Catholics, fewer people are bathing as citizens must show ration stamps before they can turn on their faucets, and the government is pouring money into 'Operation Enduring Democracy'. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. -Hellenic Empire-'s national animal is the Turducken, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Orthodox Christianity, and its currency is the Lyra.

-Hellenic Empire- is ranked 298th in Hellenic Civilization and 120,430th in the world for Most Avoided, scoring -1,133.25 on the Kardashian Reflex Score.
