The Popular Democracy of -Hellenic Empire- is a colossal, economically powerful nation, ruled by Emperor Konstantine with a fair hand, and notable for its complete lack of prisons. The compassionate, intelligent population of 8.242 billion Imperial Citizens enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although the Environment and Defence are on the agenda. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. -Hellenic Empire-'s national animal is the Turducken, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Orthodox Christianity, and its currency is the Lyra.
