OverviewPeopleGovernmentEconomyTrendAnalysis

The 25 of ------------------------- is a colossal, cultured nation, ruled by Leader with an iron fist, and remarkable for its complete lack of prisons. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 7.6 billion -------------------------ians enjoy great individual freedoms in everything except elections, which, where they exist at all, are populist shams for a dictatorship government that has no intention of ever giving up power.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, corrupt, pro-business individuals concentrates mainly on Commerce, although Education and Defence are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Zemnaya Svoboda. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Retail and Automobile Manufacturing.

The nation is reliant on the principle of mutually assured destruction to maintain its security, the bonfire of the old paper records can be seen for miles around Zemnaya Svoboda, people are moving into treehouses in record numbers, and it is illegal for police officers to carry out searches due to strict privacy laws. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. -------------------------'s national animal is the 25, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Plentiful Rum, and its currency is the 25.

------------------------- is ranked 4,999th in The North Pacific and 121,155th in the world for Highest Police Ratios, scoring -208 on the Orwell Orderliness Index.
