The Utopia of Kroblexskij is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by The Modernist Party with an iron fist, and notable for its irreverence towards religion. Its compassionate, cynical population of 12.005 billion are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Education, and Law & Order. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Metropolis. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Much of Kroblexskij's computer network is controlled by a rampant artificial intelligence, all industry is owned and run by the government, euthanasia is illegal, and Red Cross demand for body bags are rising while sutures are decreasing. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Kroblexskij's national animal is the Polar Bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Ration.

Kroblexskij is ranked 3rd in the region and 319th in the world for Most Godforsaken.
