A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

Religious organizations are being forced to leave the country or pay income taxes like everybody else, artists are pillars of society, businesses often fire workers in favour of cheaper automatic systems, and the people are famous throughout the region for their bleached-white teeth. Crime is totally unknown. Goggalorostan's national animal is the brown bear, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the arrowhead.
