It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Defence and Education are secondary priorities. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Monelene. The average income tax rate is 100%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Gambling industry.

The nation's infamous boot camp is more brutal than most battlefields, the government's official stance on religion is that it is so very silly, schoolchildren have twice-weekly sex education classes, and the country has been 'going shopping' by annexing nearby nations for their resources. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Enpolintoc's national animal is the Scardravon, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Enpolintoc credit.
