Ladies and Gentlemen and...others of Antarctica!
I am pleased to announce the imminent start of National Tournament 2012!
Any nations that reside within Antarctica in seven days from now will be automatically entered into the tournament. If you wish NOT to be entered, send The Icy Nation of Pengwiniah a telegram [saying so!].
Those nations that were here last year will remember the rules, for anyone else you can see exactly how it works on the forums!

The only difference to the rules this year is that if there is not an even number of entrants in the first round, then the bye will go to last years champion, The Militocracy of Sisu Arshu instead of a randomly selected nation.
