Getting Help

NationStates is a free game, so we don't have a support center of I.T. professionals ready to take your call. Instead, we have a tiny group of volunteers who help out of the goodness of their hearts. Please appreciate the difference.

What sort of help do you require?

If you don't know how to do something: see the Frequently Asked Questions page. If that doesn't help, ask your fellow players, by posting a note on your regional message board or in the Forum.
If something's not working: check the list of Known Problems. That page also contains an e-mail address you can use to report game bugs, and a link to the Technical Forum to discuss technical problems with other players.
If someone's cheating or causing trouble: use the form below.

Request for Moderator Intervention

Here you can submit a request for help from the game moderators. Note: Moderators are here to deal with players who are abusive or cheat -- not to resolve arguments. You have to do that yourself.
