Hello and welcome, Hellsing Order. I appreciate your being here with us all. Hampshire's is, I think, one of the greatest regions in Nationstates. Although it's true that Hampshire's suffered somewhat, I'm determined to help bring her back to her glory days, even if it kills me. It might do so, given how tirelessly I recruit. LOL!
