Just to be clear, I have not said we will rewrite this resolution. I said we could look at it and see if we want to. The resolution at vote will pass by a landslide with or without my approval

South Oxfordshire extends its commiserations to fans of Blackpool today, but wishes luck to Chelsea in their quest to beat ze Germans this evening in Munich. Club affiliations aside, England has a team in the biggest game in club football, and our citizens will be right behind the boys in blue.
