The Itcratic Civilisation of The State of It is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its keen interest in outer space. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 11.948 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.
The enormous, corrupt, pro-business government is mainly concerned with Defence, although Law & Order and Commerce are on the agenda. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 19%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Gambling, and Information Technology industries.
City sidewalks are crowded with overweight people, The State of It is notorious for its citizens' infidelity, citizens can be frequently spotted going about their business stark naked, and organ donation rates are among the lowest in the region. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. The State of It's national animal is the Itaa Camel, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Gold Coin.
The State of It is ranked 2nd in the region and 858th in the world for Largest Pizza Delivery Sector.
