Surveillance cameras are banned, private business has started paving paradises and putting up parking lots, citizens can be frequently spotted going about their business stark naked, and crime is on the rise as DNA sampling has been all but outlawed. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons.
