The Neue Preussischen Diktatur of Kampfers is a colossal, economically powerful nation, renowned for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 6.135 billion enjoy some of the most opulent lifestyles in the region, unless they are unemployed or working-class, in which case they are variously starving to death or crippled by easily preventable diseases.

The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, pro-business morass -- devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as the Environment and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 29%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Uranium Mining.

The people are famous throughout the region for their bleached-white teeth, the world outside is only known of in folklore, only 'organics' are permitted to be citizens, and the armed forces are locked in an expensive and bloody war abroad to stamp out possible terrorists. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling. Kampfers's national animal is the katze, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Kampferian Mark.
