The Revolutionary Nation of Warrior Thorin is a colossal, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its unlimited-speed roads. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 8.293 billion are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Defence and Commerce are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 70%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Beef-Based Agriculture industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Arms Manufacturing.

The right to free speech is being drastically curtailed, glittering new sports stadiums adorn every city and town, conductors wield diamond-encrusted batons to fit in with their freshly gilded surroundings, and Harry Potter books are banned. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Warrior Thorin's national animal is the Chromatic Dragon, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the New Merit.

Warrior Thorin is ranked 4,328th in the Pacific and 94,242nd in the world for Most Rebellious Youth, scoring -46 on the Stark-Dean Displacement Index.
