The New Triumvirate of Enn is a colossal, safe nation, ruled by the Fifth Triumvirate with an iron fist, and renowned for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate population of 7.543 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, the Environment, and Social Welfare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of the Citadel. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

People are now classified as male, female, or genderqueer, military spending is on the increase, an increasing percentage of the population's youth have homosexual parents, and the government has become increasingly militant. Crime is totally unknown. Enn's national animal is the wyvern, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Agnosticism, and its currency is the ennial.
