The New Triumvirate of Enn is a colossal, safe nation, ruled by the Sixth Triumvirate with an even hand, and notable for its happy-go-lucky citizens. Its compassionate population of 8.461 billion enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, the Environment, and Social Welfare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of the Citadel. The average income tax rate is 95%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Government-run screening operations remove embryos with severe genetic disorders, traveller camps regularly block five-lane superhighways, same-sex marriages are increasingly common, and military funding has been stripped back. Crime is totally unknown. Enn's national animal is the wyvern, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Agnosticism, and its currency is the ennial.
