The Queendom of Cielos Negros is a gargantuan, pleasant nation, ruled by Anya Euryale with an iron fist, and notable for its anti-smoking policies. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 18.316 billion are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, corrupt individuals is effectively ruled by the Department of Defence, with areas such as Social Equality and Social Welfare receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Denerim. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry.

Organ donation rates have hit a new low, scenic mountain valleys are flooded with water as damming projects get underway, the government's only official statement on the burning down of Denerim was that 'they shouldn't have been so careless', and phone taps are frequently carried out by the police. Crime is a major problem, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Cielos Negros's national animal is the eternal servant, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Evryali, and its currency is the drako.

Cielos Negros is ranked 138th in Texas and 77,403rd in the world for Most Politically Free, scoring 15 on the Diebold Election Inking Scale.
