Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 2.292 billion are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Zyzzarzaz. The average income tax rate is 77%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Beef-Based Agriculture.

All streets are privately owned toll roads, motorists must pay to enter inner-cities during peak hours, Titanoboas are becoming popular in pet stores nationwide, and all citizens are solely referenced by their allocated identity number. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Autumn Wind's national animal is the Titanoboa, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Fascislammunism, and its currency is the Crown.
