Only the rich can afford the latest medical innovations, college students make ends meet by selling their kidneys, all judiciary cases are decided in the court of public opinion, and military spending is on the increase. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. HotRodia's national animal is the accelerus rapidamus, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the tequila.
