ELECTION UPDATE
The regional election will start next Thursday, There will be a seven day period for nominations; a five day period for campaigning by candidates; and a five day voting period.
Very Important: Candidates must be members of the regional assembly or they cannot assume office. The the Regional Assembly is open to any TBM member nation. One rule requires that applicants be members of the Black Market for at least 20 days but you can apply at any time and applications will be accepted once the 20 days point is reached. Applications for regional assembly may be posted in the appropriate section of our forum.
NEWSFLASH
Traditionally on Thursday and Friday, ice cream trucks race throughout the Black Market delivering free ice cream. An unidentified news source states that there was an error with an unfamiliar order form and that the Black Market has acquired 10 container ships of Rocky Road ice cream. We believe that all ice cream flavors are available but we suspect that the minions working the trucks may develop "selective hearing" and that many requests will be filled with rocky road ice cream. This may be one of the more interesting weeks if the "mint chocolate fanatics" are denied their usual ice cream fix.
Darn, lol. Now i can't feed my army their usual meal... :D
