Well I think the same way , and has anyone realized that the description is ridiculously outdated? But I guess you can't always have things your way maybe for now lets just work on getting more people into the region .. People if you know any invite them . Also Russipines whatever happened to New Russia ? Overall I been gone for a while and now I've decided that New York need to make connections with other nation staes regions make alliances , unions , and yes I do remember Laytreb roleplay . So lets get at it |

About New Russia,
Russia was refounded almost instantly after it was abandoned. Everybody "living in a Russian sub-region" (New Russia) aka anyone living in a place related to Russia was allowed to move back. They all are now somewhere else or living in Russia (v2.0) |

No, the delegate gets full control over the region and you officially go founderless. It would mean that New Camden has sole control over the region, but it also opens you up for the raiders in the game. Just stay on your toes. |

Zactria, no this place doesn't get erased. Raiders however are more likely to be encountered.
For example, raiders are likely to come if, say, Gell-Manhattan "dies." Places like Nazi Europe were once considered a raider place, although they haven't been active lately. If they get in, they make themselves the WA Delegate, kick us out, and establish their government there, forcing us to start over. That's what they do. |
