Good! Not that this really matters, but where is Layarteb's approval vote? It still comes over 7 votes anyways, but I just couldn't find it. This means that if the Constitution receives 2/3 votes ratification by March 6 , we will have a constitution in a place!
I'm quite surprised that we haven't seen anything Superbowl related on here, since the New York Giants were not only in it, but won. I'm not a big football person, but I that was a little strange to not have the super bowl murmur.

The constitution has passed, good job everyone.
Well not just yet, it's been approved by two thirds of all Regional Officers (more than), so now their is a 28 day period for the whole region to vote on. But it's only a matter of time really. I think with the 9 for already will make up a majority of the total voters.

I'm from upstate, but I don't follow sports. I thought San Francisco won the Super Bowl.
