Hi. Do you know the story of the Bikini Ilands? The U.S. was given the islands by the U.N. to administer as a trust territory after world war two. They then moved all the Bikinians off the island and used them for nuclear bomb test. Later, after verifying the island and it's soil were contaminated with plutonium the U.S. moved them back and let them eat contaminated food for several years before removing them for medical testing....
Well, I guess Washington could have used Moscow instead. :)
London would have agreed with that in 1945.
